Questions before you submit.

What happens after I submit?

A named solutions engineer replies within two business days from hello@zinch.ai. The reply names the engineer, references your use case, and includes a 30-minute discovery slot. No marketing automation, no nurture sequence, no scheduling-tool round-trip before a human reads your message.

Is this gated by procurement?

No. The discovery call is free, and the 2-week pilot has a fixed scope and a fixed price that fits inside most teams' standard purchase-order threshold. Procurement gets involved for the production engagement that follows the pilot, not for the pilot itself.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We accept your standard NDA. If you'd like ours, our mutual-NDA template is available on request and gets countersigned the same day. For healthcare engagements that touch PHI, we sign a Business Associate Agreement before any work begins.

Can I just download a blueprint instead?

Yes. Each blueprint is a 4-to-8-page PDF with named components, a reference architecture, the 6-week timeline, and the persona it's built for. The PDF is gated only by a single email field, and arrives in one transactional email. See the catalog.

How long is the discovery call?

30 minutes, on Google Meet. Outcome of the call is a one-page scoped pilot proposal with named components, a named SE owner, and a date you'd see a working agent in your tenancy. We don't run multi-call discovery; if the use case needs more than 30 minutes, we send you a written brief instead and you decide whether to proceed.

Can I use a personal email?

Yes. Personal emails are accepted, with one extra qualifying step before a named SE is assigned. We don't block any submission on the form itself.
